As a small, family-owned business, we also manage our own full-time careers, so we're not physically at our facility to intake pets 24 hours a day.

 

All of our services are by appointment only, ensuring we can give your pet and your family our full, undivided attention during this sensitive time.

For immediate care and guidance 24/7/365, please call us directly—including weekends and holidays. We have partnered with a dedicated answering service to ensure every phone call is answered by a live person and never goes to voicemail. You are also always welcome to send us a text or email anytime, but please note that messaging is managed directly by our team, so messages sent outside of regular business hours will be answered the following morning.
