We truly understand that saying goodbye to a beloved family member can happen at any moment, day or night. While our Google listing may show 24/7 hours, please know this means we're always reachable by call or text, day and night, to support you. As a small, family-owned business, we also manage our own full-time careers, so we're not physically at our facility to intake pets 24 hours a day.

 

All of our services are by appointment only, ensuring we can give your pet and your family our full, undivided attention during this sensitive time.

For immediate care and guidance, please call or text us anytime, 24/7. If you reach out between 8 AM and 5 PM, a text message will typically get you the quickest response. For urgent needs in the quiet hours of the night, please give us a direct call. If we're momentarily unavailable, please leave a voicemail or send a text, and we promise to get back to you as quickly and compassionately as possible.

The Heavenly Hound wanted to share some information to help understand what options are available when managing the loss of a pet

Home Pick-Up

​If your pet passes at home, we can arrange to pick up your pet from your home. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. We understand sometimes these situations are unexpected and we will do everything we can to be there for you.

Vet Pick-Up

We can arrange to pick up your pet from the vet. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment so we can make arrangements with your vet. We will call them to arrange, but please make sure to let them know you'd like to use our services.

To ensure we're available for you, please communicate with us via phone, text, or email.

We understand that the loss of a pet can be overwhelming, and sometimes immediate support is needed. To best help you and your pet, we ask for at least 30 minutes to an hour notice. This can help us plan accordingly and ensure we're there for you.

Pet Intake

You are always welcome to bring your pet to our facility. Please contact us to make arrangements so that we can ensure we are here to accommodate you and your pet.
