Communal Cremation Services
We understand that every family's needs are unique, especially when it comes to saying goodbye. At The Heavenly Hound, we offer two compassionate communal cremation services, both designed with affordability and respect for your beloved pet in mind. Neither of these services includes the return of your pet's remains.

Service Requirements
Your peace of mind matters most to us, especially during this difficult time. We strive to make every aspect of our service, including payment, as clear and as simple as possible.
To make arrangements, you have the option to pay your invoice in full, or you can choose to make a 50% deposit at the time services are arranged. If a deposit is made, the remaining balance of your invoice will be due within 30 days of services. We accept cash, check, and credit or debit card payments. Payments made with a debit or credit card will incur a processing fee.
For both vet pick-ups and in-home pick-ups, we require that your invoice is paid in full and a cremation authorization form is signed before we provide services. This helps ensure a smooth and respectful process during what we know is a very difficult time.
We believe that compassionate care should be accessible to every family. That's why, to thoughtfully accommodate your financial needs, we've partnered with Varidi to offer flexible payment plans. This ensures we have a payment solution that truly works for you, providing comfort and peace of mind.
